Thank you for taking part, West Kelowna! The 2021 Budget Consultation is now complete.
The Draft 2021 Budget includes a Five-year Draft Financial Plan (2021 – 2025) for Council’s consideration that continues the momentum of Council’s 2020 – 2022 Strategic Priorities, city-wide projects, departmental needs and resources, expected revenue, cost inflation and requests for programs and services from the community.
This year's municipal budget is forecasting a 4.05 per cent tax rate which includes a one per cent Infrastructure Levy.

NEXT STEPS: MOVING FORWARD
Once our draft budget engagement is completed, staff will present a report to Council and seek direction on any changes prior to approval of Budget 2021 and adoption of the Financial Plan Bylaw in the spring.
We’ll also be connecting with our community throughout 2021 and beyond as we engage on City projects, initiatives, programs and services.
